6.1 AI Model Overview (21B Parameters)
Layrz AI is powered by a proprietary 21 billion parameter large language model (LLM), trained specifically on Solidity, smart contract logic, blockchain protocol documentation, EVM bytecode, and GitHub-based open-source repositories. This AI model architecture is inspired by transformer-based models such as GPT-NeoX and Bloom, but optimized for code completion, logic validation, and contract generation through instruction tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF). By training across curated datasets of verified contracts, LayerZero configs, DAO governance systems, and real-world DeFi deployments, our model understands both syntax and context in a decentralized environment.

Under the hood, the AI model is implemented using PyTorch and trained using DeepSpeed for efficient parameter sharding across high-performance NVIDIA A100 clusters. Tokenization is handled using a customized version of Byte-Pair Encoding (BPE) optimized for Solidity and JavaScript syntax trees. Our fine-tuning pipeline ensures the model can distinguish between token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-4626), fee structures, anti-MEV strategies, and advanced use cases like modular voting, gas optimization, or referral-based logic.
We utilize a dual-head loss function to simultaneously optimize for code correctness and structural formatting, which enables the model to return fully deployable contracts, often with zero required edits. The model supports a prompt-to-deployment loop, meaning users can input a prompt like:
Create an ERC20 token with 1 billion supply, 2% buy tax,
renounced ownership, auto liquidity, and referral tracking.
And instantly receive a deployable, audited contract scaffold with constructor injection and modifier logic handled intelligently:
constructor() {
_mint(msg.sender, 1_000_000_000 * 10**decimals());
isTaxEnabled = true;
referralRate = 20;
transferOwnership(address(0));
}
Our 21B model also supports context-aware memory for session chaining, allowing iterative edits in natural language. For example, users can prompt: “Add max wallet at 2% and exclude the router,” and the model will update only the necessary logic blocks while maintaining overall integrity.
Layrz's AI architecture is modular, meaning we can quickly retrain specific heads for future domains such as Solana Anchor, Move (Sui/Aptos), or even zkEVM circuits. This makes our platform future-proof across L1 and L2 smart contract ecosystems.
