We’ve organized the helpdesk into dedicated support topics to make it easy to find answers quickly:


🖥 IDE

Support for the Layrz IDE, including smart contract generation, editing, compiling, and AI contract tools. Use this topic for:

  • AI-generated contracts

  • Solidity compiler issues

  • Deploy/export errors

  • Syntax suggestions or bug reports


🤖 Bot Net

Support for Layrz Telegram Bots, including:

  • Volume Bots

  • Deployment Bot

  • Bundle Bot

Ask here if your bot isn’t responding, failing to desploy, host, generate volume or needs setup help.


🧩 API

Developer support for Layrz’s API and integrations. Use this topic for:

  • API authentication

  • Rate limits

🛒 Payments & Plans

For billing-related questions, plan upgrades, account access, and payment issues. Examples:
